1) Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using our website, creating an account, booking an appointment, or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2) About our services
We provide an online platform for clients to book salon appointments with stylists and to view content such as gallery and blog posts. Availability, prices, and services are displayed on the booking flow and may change from time to time.
3) Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or booking.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
4) Bookings, deposits, and payments
- Deposit: Certain bookings require a deposit to reserve an appointment. Deposit amount and rules are shown at checkout.
- Payment processing: Card payments and wallet payments (Apple Pay/Google Pay where available) are processed by our payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
- Prices: Prices shown are typically in GBP and may be subject to change. The final price may depend on service complexity, hair length, add-ons, or consultation.
- Remaining balance: Any remaining balance after a deposit is due as described at booking and/or at the appointment.
5) Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-shows
Our cancellation and rescheduling rules should be clearly displayed on the booking page and/or confirmation message. Unless otherwise stated:
- Client cancellation/reschedule: You must follow the cancellation instructions provided (e.g., contact the salon).
- Late arrival: Late arrival may reduce service time or require rescheduling; this may affect your deposit depending on policy.
- No-shows: Missed appointments may result in deposit forfeiture and/or account restrictions.
- Stylist/salon cancellation: If the salon or stylist cancels, we will offer rescheduling or provide a refund of any deposit paid (where applicable), unless the issue was caused by your breach of these Terms.
6) Health and safety
- You must disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect service delivery.
- We may refuse or stop a service where it is not safe to continue (e.g., suspected reactions or unsafe hair/scalp condition).
- You agree to follow salon instructions and policies while on-site.
7) User content (reviews, uploads, messages)
- When you post content (e.g., reviews or messages), you confirm you have the right to do so and it is lawful, accurate, and not misleading.
- You must not upload content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
- We may remove or moderate content at our discretion.
- By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce it for operating and promoting the service.
8) Gallery and blog content
Gallery and blog posts may include images or videos. Where content includes client images, it should be used with appropriate permissions. If you believe content should be removed, contact us with relevant details.
9) Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and design (excluding user-generated content) is owned by or licensed to Angels Hair Mall. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion without written permission.
10) Prohibited use
- Attempting unauthorised access, interfering with security, or scraping the site.
- Uploading viruses or malicious code.
- Misrepresenting your identity or making fraudulent bookings.
- Harassing staff, stylists, or other users.
11) Disclaimers
- We provide the platform and services on an “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content is always accurate.
- Services (hair outcomes) can vary based on hair type, prior treatments, and maintenance; results are not guaranteed.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
14) Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
15) Changes to these Terms
